Yesterday our London office welcomed back Business Voice Coach, Susan Room, PCC, MFA, FRSA to run the first of her 4 Make Your Mark sessions, the first focussing on finding your inner coach. The aim of this session was to find your inner coach and silence the inner critic, our audience learnt strategies to combat the common negative thoughts discussed about career progression and loss of confidence. Touching on your response-ability; how you choose to respond in certain situations, which can aid or impact that inner critic. With great feedback from all who attended and 3 more sessions in the pipeline, we would like to say a huge thank you to Susan for facilitating such a great discussion and interactive workshop!
