Earlier this month, Li & Fung hosted two events in Shanghai and Hong Kong respectively, the Fashion Forward Summit and the Fashion Tech Summit, where over hundreds of leading industry executives and experts gathered to explore the theme of sustainability as a pivotal competitive advantage. Mr. Roger Chan, COO & CTO of Cobalt Fashion, was honored to speak and participate as both a speaker and panelist at two consecutive forums in Hong Kong and Shanghai. In the Hong Kong forum, he joined MIT Hong Kong Innovation Node and The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology Li & Fung Supply Chain Institute to combine fashion and technology to spark creativity and innovation in the fashion sector. Young Knitwear Designers’ Contest 2024 is funded by Cultural and Creative Industries Development Agency (CCIDAHK) of the HKSAR Government, organized by Knitwear Innovation and Design Society (KIDS) and co-organized by Hong Kong Knitwear Exporters & Manufacturers Association (HKKEMA), Hong Kong Woollen & Synthetic Knitting Manufacturers' Association (HKWSKMA) and Shenzhen Garment Industry Association (SGIA).
