We got a view of the finished mural this morning, right on the back wall of our workspace! This incredible piece was created by 21 street artists from around the country who took part in the Paint Jam event over the weekend organised by Withington Walls.

Taking you behind the scenes of our site visit to the M House project in Knightsbridge! The works are well underway - all floors have been mostly stripped out in advance of refurbishment and a large opening has been made in the roof for construction of the dormer extension. It begins! Construction works have commenced at our M House project in Knightsbridge. Scaffolding is erected, protective coverings laid on the lower floors and the top floor is being stripped out in preparation for the dormer extension. Project: Sanctuary Residence, Hong Kong Island A bespoke one-off residential design occupying a prominent position on Hong Kong Island. The site is surrounded by apartment blocks on three sides with the fourth facing up to Victoria Peak. The design concept was to create a highly private residence that would appear solid and closed from the outside facing the surrounding urban buildings but would provide sanctuary with bright open spaces as you entered. This was achieved by ‘hollowing out’ the large solid mass to create a large atrium around the swimming pool centre piece on the ground floor level. The living, dining and bedrooms spaces surrounding the atrium are stacked over four storeys with lots of glazing. Project: Haven Hill Kitchen & Dining Space The large open plan area has dramatic undulating vaulted ceilings that allow lots of natural light into the kitchen through a large skylight. Large sliding doors frame the extensive views out towards Kinsale Bay and the Bandon estuary.
