Advancing Cross-Border Connectivity at the 5G Corridors Workshop 🌍🚉   At the  5G Corridors Workshop 2024 event organized by GUIDE in Brussels with the support of HaDEA, DG CNECT, and 5GMEC4EU, Fofy Setaki, Principal Network Engineer, represented COSMOTE, contributing to two panels that highlighted COSMOTE’s work within the #5GSEAGUL project. 5G SEAGUL is focused on establishing a seamless cross-border 5G corridor between Greece and Bulgaria to support advanced Connected Automated Mobility (CAM) capabilities.   COSMOTE, in collaboration with A1 Bulgaria, is proud to have achieved a significant milestone as the first and only project to demonstrate 5G seamless roaming in a real-world environment at a busy border crossing. This milestone, presented to a wide audience during a live event in April24, illustrates our leading role in developing cross-border 5G solutions in Europe.   The workshop fostered valuable dialogue with stakeholders, facilitating discussions on essential investments and collaborative efforts to further expand 5G corridors across Europe.
