🌱 Marking a major milestone in our journey towards sustainability, the Athena Research Center officially connected its Photovoltaic Park at the Xanthi branch to the Διαχειριστής Ελληνικού Δικτύου Διανομής Ηλεκτρικής Ενέργειας Α.Ε. HEDNO S.A. network on May 1, 2024. In just the first month, the park produced approximately 4,733.28 kWh, covering 15% of our facilities' energy needs. The ultimate goal is to create a green building in Xanthi, as the project "Construction/Reconstruction of building facilities for the Athena Research Center" which has been included in the Recovery Fund and will start soon, aims to increase the capacity of the Photovoltaic Park to meet all the energy needs of the facilities. ➡️ Learn more: https://lnkd.in/dhbDPRdS #AthenaRC #Sustainability #GreenEnergy
