A downloadable game

I can hear it. It's close. Is it toying with me? Got to keep moving. It got me pretty bad, I'm not sure I can keep going for long. Nearly sunrise though, just a little longer...

PREY is a solo journaling game about fear, hope, and trying to stay alive.

Inspired by the atmosphere that movies like Alien, Friday the 13th, and The Descent create. An atmosphere of being vulnerable while the constant threat of death is ever-present, where survival is unlikely, but you'll try until your last breath.

You are all but alone. Your only company is a monster that wants you dead.

Keep moving or die, and with some luck you'll dodge death long enough to see the sunrise. Maybe you'll even find your way home.

Thanks for making it! Could you create a printer friendly version as well? :) I would love to add it to my physical collection.

I'm actually working on that today! There was a small rush to get this done in time for the gamejam it was a submission for, so hopefully I'll have it posted here by the end of today :) Thank you for checking out my work!

An exquisite little game; replayable with room to experiment

Like having a little slasher movie in your backpocket

Had the privelage to playtest, excellent vibes and very flexible in what stories you can tell with it.
