Describe the bug / provide steps to reproduce it

All the other windows on my desktop draw their titlebar with a different color when the window is focused (including Firefox, which is using client side decorations).

Environment

Zed: v0.145.0 (Zed Dev 2727f55)
OS: Linux Wayland debian 12
Memory: 62.6 GiB
Architecture: x86_64

If applicable, add mockups / screenshots to help explain present your vision of the feature

The left firefox is very clearly focused

... but with these two Zeds, the only way to tell which one has focus is to look at the text cursor.
