LTSA is already included in this repo.
Install JDK 8, and click ltsa.jar to open LTSA.
- load file steamwithoutrescue.lts
- Build->compile processes
- choose NORMALSYSTEM composition process
- Build->compose
- Check->Safty and Check->Progress
