Repo for DJI RoboMaster AI Challenge 2018.

Here is mainly the perception and AI part of our code, where we implemented an SVM HOG and KCF tracking pipeline for enemy detection tracking and color-based armor detection.

We made to final list representing Johns Hopkins University.
