I asked on dotenvx if dotenvx is a newer solution, so let's see what the answer is: dotenvx/dotenvx#245 (comment) .

If so, we should switch opensaas-sh and also examples/todoApp to it, and also update the issue where I mention we will want to recommend dotenv-vault as a default method to talk about dotenvx instead.
