Describe the bug

It is mentioned in comments that Cipher should be used if needed, but it is private, so it can't be used.

}

Expected Behavior

Could define struct

Current Behavior

Can't define struct

struct x.crypto.chacha20.Cipher was declared as private to module x.crypto.chacha20, so it can not be used inside module
