We need to make some adjustments to main the to clean it up:

The old GNOME extensions app can either be removed or hidden.

Input Leap -> Move to Utilities folder
Solaar -> Move to Utilities folder
Fedora Media Writer -> Move to Utilities folder

That should clean it up a bit and leave more room for the user's apps.
