Describe the bug

When running rpm-ostree update, often it gets stuck on one chunk even with only few MB and I don't have any connection issues (watch video). In fact, if I stop rpm-ostree upgrade, and I resume it right after it, the chunk is correctly elaborated in right time but then, it gets stuck on another chunk

What did you expect to happen?

I expected that the rpm-ostree update goes smooth and straight without getting stuck randomly
