hello， I would like to ask if this can be simulated in uuv-simulator？

This code base is entirely independent of whatever simulator you choose to use. I only provide a set of catkin packages you can build off of to navigate and control your vehicle. With that said, I did actually use Gazebo with the UUV Simulator plugin when I developed this repo.
