Syntax and linter for the Pact Smart Contract language.

Requires Pact 4.1 or later.

Notes:

"Pact Language" menu "Toggle trace": toggles line-by-line output tracing.
"Pact Language" menu "Toggle coverage": toggles LCOV code coverage output.
"lcov-info" menu "Toggle": toggles coverage UI.
