Sciter bindings for Lazarus cross-platform.

Forked from delphi windows bindings da-Mikanoshi/SciDe.

• Copy sciter.dll from Sciter SDK to your exe directory (or define SCITER_DLL_DIR variable)
• Install the sciter_laz package. he component will be placed on the Samples tab of the Component Palette.
• Open the demo project
• Click Compile (or Build), and start the demo.
