minimalist is a skin for Bugzilla (compatible with release 4.0).

Starting with the default skin "Dusk", I:

1. Slimmed down the footer to just saved searches
2. Added priority and severity "heat" shading
3. Fixed the rounded corners in Safari and Google Chrome
4. Changed the color palette
5. Replaced the home screen icons with prettier ones
