Is there way of docking a panel that's acting as both docked and floating? #193

So, a panel is docked (for e.g. to bottom or side), but the underlying main panel takes up the whole viewport space, and the docked panel is laying on top of the underlying main panel... Just like divider box, but one of the panels take up the whole space, and the other overlays the other...
