If the identified issue is not directly associated with a specific line in the source file, it still shows line number 1. But if there is a real issue on line number 1, it again shows the line number 1 for the issue. So if I want to automate the processing of issues and do something with line numbers, e.g., send a report to the person who last modified that line, I cannot do it for issues on line 1. It would be helpful if the unassociated issues used something other than a positive integer, e.g., negative one, or 0, or non-numeric characters.
