Currently, there is the ruler-measure. It would be useful to have an alternative version in vertical. So they can be used as width and height icons.

I suggest renaming ruler-measure to ruler-measure-horizontal, and naming the new one ruler-measure-vertical. But if you don't want to change names, juts call the new one ruler-measure-2.

It is exactly the same icon but rotated.
