This has already been identified and a fix will be pushed shortly.

The symptom is where a machine without a spindle PWM pin defined (kSpindle_PwmPinNumber = -1) will start up into an alarm state. This can be cleared by a ["clr":null} command, and the machine will operate normally.

This exists in 100.17, and possibly 100.16.
