FIX the home and logo route to redirect on top of home page. #161

Describe the bug
The home and logo should redirect the user to the home top section.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to any page
Click on Logo or home
See error it will not redirect to the top of home.

Expected behavior
The user should be redirected to the top of home screen
