I'm a huge fan of Xamarin.Forms and I would like it to be the tool of choice for developers like me. Xamarin.Forms is getting better but there are a number of things that could be better.

  • Popups
  • Printing
  • PDF Generation
  • Text fitting and markup support
  • Platform independent Image and Font management

I built Forms9Patch with the intent filling these gaps. But there is a lot more I could do:

  • Better documentation
  • More examples (ex: how to use Popups with pure XAML)
  • Support for more platforms: OS X, Ooui (WebAsm), WPF, GTK

Which is where I need your help. Up until now, development and maintenance of Forms9Patch has been necessary for my own projects. Now that I've reached critical mass of features and function, the financial incentives are pulling elsewhere. If you would like to see any of the above move along, please consider a sponsorship.
