The utility cs2cosipy converts a CS-Logger output file to a COSIPY input file (2D). The utility requires
the following argument:

-c :: CS input file
-o :: Name of the COSIPY output file
-s :: The static nc-file with slope, aspect, dem etc.
-b :: The start date
-e :: The end date

Example:
python cs2cosipy.py -c ../data/input/008_station_hintereis_lf_toa5_cr3000_a_small.dat  -o test.nc -s ../data/static/static.nc  -b 2018-05-28 -e 2018-05-30
