Lottie doesn't work on Linux #329

This lottie doesn't work on Linux.
I tested it using TSkAnimatedImage on Ubuntu 24.04 LTS on a few different computers.
On Windows there were no problems.

@MukaDavid-TMR As our demo lotties are working as expected, I assume that it is an issue on Google Skia side. At this point our Google Skia base library is a bit outdated, as we are based on Skia m107 while the latest version is Google Skia m129.

So, the first step is to update our base library (which will not happen this year) and only after that we check if the error continues and then report it at http://bug.skia.org/
