Describe the bug
WNN integration will raise an error while try to add connectivities into mdata.obsp, seems it is caused by an attempt to check the size of a tube.

To Reproduce
I attached a demo notebook, the code and data is from original turorial
WNN.ipynb.zip

WNN integration works
