There are efforts like https://datatransferproject.dev/ and https://solidproject.org/ which undertake to reflect user data of various kinds into the RDF graph data model. We should take these kinds of efforts as good source of schema improvement suggestions, especially when the data structure is round-trippable to major data formats (e.g. geo standards, ical, vcard), or to widely adopted applications.

Meanwhile as Solid policy is to use schema.org terms whenever possible, I looked to the class structure of these organizations.
