Currently master branch fails:

/home/runner/.cargo/bin/rustup target add --toolchain 1.72 mips-unknown-linux-gnu
error: component 'rust-std' for target 'mips-unknown-linux-gnu' is unavailable for download for channel '1.72'

This target is not fully supported for Rust 1.72:
rust-lang/rust#115218
