Migrate MATIC to POL #8398

On Septeber 4th Matic will be replaced by POL as the gas token https://polygon.technology/blog/save-the-date-matic-pol-migration-coming-september-4th-everything-you-need-to-know

This would require:

Adjusment in our logic to change the gas token after the fork date
track correctly the balances

yabirgb modified the milestones: 1.36.0, 1.34.3, 1.35.0

We have opted for renamic the matic token to POL. We have also renamed the collection. DEcoders for the migration in ethereum were already created
