Describe the bug

In an empty document editor, when searching in the list of field that can be added, either for "related" in English or "lié" in French, there's three results instead of one. Once you've selected one, there's is only two left, then one, then none. In the editor, the added field are exactly the same.

To Reproduce

1. Log in as a professional.
2. Navigate to professional/records/documents/new.
3. In the list of field to be added, search for the relatedTo field.

Expected behavior

Only one field should be possible to be added. The field itself is an array.
