I was surprised that blessed.rs was not under the links and services section. It probably fits there. I guess close this if it doesn't.

I'm probably not the target audience here and I agree the crates.io search is bad.

But if I search for, say, "random number" on libs.rs I'd immediately find rand as the top suggestion; same is true for "regular expression", "temp files" (2nd hit), and similarly 2 top-10 hits for "http clients".

So wouldn't libs.rs be the gold standard for crate discovery right now?
