The when cursor is the normal shape, the size of the cursor is correct:

However, when hovering on anything that changes the shape of the cursor, the cursor will be very small.

This can be seen on Windows system when display scaling is turned on. In my case, the scaling factor is 200%. Not sure if it has the same issue on Linux/MacOS.
