This Github Action job will run twice a day, fail if the device is offline or if your plants haven't gotten water in a day.

In Github you can configure to receive failure and or success notifications by email.

To setup, just set $API_KEY Github Actions Secret obtained from here: https://rachio.readme.io/reference/authentication
