Describe the bug

It seems that the refund and reject buttons for transactions do not appear on every page at least on the first page load.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to any transactions page such as, https://opencollective.com/oxford-mutual-aid/transactions
2. Click on "View Details" for any transaction
3. You will see the "Reject" and "Refund" buttons.
4. Now go to the next page using the "Next" button at the bottom of the page
5. Again click on "View Details" for any transaction

Note: This issue also comes up when searching for a specific transaction. For example search for 154187 in that transaction page and then click on a transaction and the first page load doesn't give the buttons to refund/reject.

Expected behavior

The refund and reject buttons should appear on any page. Note that when the page is reloaded they do appear but not on the first page load.
