Description
The server operations client was using the wrong URL to call the server operations service in the OMAG Server Platform. This was impacting some of the Runtime Manager OMVS services such as loading open metadata archives.
Related Issue(s)
This PR alss include the cleanup of more type definitions - ie moving definitions into the Open Metadata Framework and removal of services we are no longer using.

Updates to the docs pages for the removed services has already been merged.
Additional notes
The remaining service to remove is Governance Engine OMAS which is only still in place because it is called in the Coco Labs. As soon as they are updated to call pyegeria, this final obsolete service will be removed.
