Install scoop like this:

iwr -useb get.scoop.sh | iex

Then install this software bucket like this:

scoop bucket add nicerloop https://github.com/nicerloop/scoop-nicerloop

Now you can quickly and automatically install the software registered here.

scoop install <software>
