Currently, we are simulating Optitrack by publishing a fixed sequence of messages. Instead, we want to simulate the external_station (representing the real world), publish Optitrack messages based on the state of the external_station, and then update our knowledge representation (currently internal_station) based on these messages.

Blocked by #7 as #7 might change how our knowledge of the world is represented.
