Credits

All of the original sprites used in this project were sourced from products by Nintendo/Creatures Inc./GAME FREAK Inc.

All shiny sprites were made by @Dada78641 except where otherwise noted. In total, 1842 shiny Pokémon sprites were made:

  • 938 sprites were made for X/Y,
  • 29 for the OR/AS update,
  • 203 for the US/UM update,
  • 466 for the LP/LE and SW/SH update,
  • 102 for the SW/SH first DLC update,
  • 104 for the SW/SH second DLC update.

The alternate sizes for Pumpkaboo and Gourgeist were contributed by @5310. The Alcremie form variations were contributed by @mattgcn. The female version of Wobbuffet was contributed by @jeroenpastoor.

The Pokémon Legends: Arceus sprite collection is taken from the National Pokédex - Icon Dex project and its abundance of collaborators and contributors.

Special thanks to @koenigderluegner for his help on various later additions, like the LP/LE and SW/SH update (original and DLC) and the HOME 2.0.0 update inventory items. Thanks to @mattyoukhana_ for helping provide sprite rips for later games.

Also, special thanks to anyone who reported issues, gave suggestions or sent in contributions.

The raw sprite files were originally ripped by Zhorken and Kaphotics who can be found at Project Pokémon.

Feel free to use PokéSprite in your own projects or to create derivative works. We appreciate it if you credit the project, but it's not required.
