Notes

• add a install-basic.sh script which excludes additions of 7 Jan - especially docker which is heavy

• test the curl install on a new VM

• try avoid y/n prompts - should always choose y

• make an alt version (sub folder?) that uses Ansible

note: Terraform really for provisioning multiple nodes.
