at the moment I collect links into my navibar I want to give them a different color or border to just find them easier because they are grouped visual by that.

Another solution could be smiliar to firefox where you have different bookmark places and you group links by their location / folder where added.

That can also solve the "too much links" in the navibar

using different colours or border would not really fix the issue that the navibar tends to get too big / too unmanagable.

I guess we need to put the links one want to remember somewhere else, where the user can more flexibly rearrange them, e.g. onto a specific markup item (just append at the end, but the user can then later rearrange the stuff, add headings, etc.).
