As a user of the ATT&CK website, I want to know what "requires network", "defenses bypassed", "Impact Type" and so forth mean. We should add tooltips with short descriptions of the fields (and the meanings of their various values, if possible) to the data-cards.

The presence of additional info should be conveyed with an "info" icon next to the field name.
