The shape-outside syntax is incorrect:

data/css/properties.json

Line 8255 in 76da034

"syntax": "none | <shape-box> || <basic-shape> | <image>",

As per the spec, the syntax should be:
none | [ <basic-shape> || <shape-box> ] | <image>
