eosrpc-rust is a general purpose library in rust for eos blockchain

• eos-ecc: eos crypt library
• eos-api: eos rpc library
• eos-type: type wrapping library for another library
• eos: eos library for managing eos blockchain
• etc: this is resource directory for developing

this library still working so it will be have some errors

and i made test mod for "cargo test" but this is not stable need some fix
