Problem

We recently saw an issue in one of the TagManager extended plugin, due to 2 tags having same name, this resulted in the tag in extended plugin being not usable as it was trying to update the tag in TagManager plugin.

Solution

Add a way to differentiate 2 tags/triggers/variables with same names in different repositories.
