The "Label" folder should be movable up and down, like category folders.
A label is a meta information that is not tied to a category, therefore some people use it to group related articles in a more flexible way that does not require browsing through the category tree. Example: when I'm interested in news about "archaeology", articles not just come from specialized magazines, but also from mainstream media. Having labels forced to the end off the categories tree means that you have to scroll down past all categories, despite it is most often labels you are interested in, not the "filing structure" of all feeds represented by categories.
