The application looks easy to follow and introduces new concepts that were not there in the team's project. I have a couple of suggestions that might make the dashboard more user friendly:

1. Have a default selection when you first start the dashboard (maybe 1 year and one neighbourhood)
2. Remove the underline in the label of the controls in the filter, since underline implies that they are hyperlinks and the user can click on them to get more info
