Raspberry Pi Zero W with a 3.5" LCD to show my availability state: Available, Knock, DND

I'm using a NodeMCU Access Point (AP) with a pushbutton to control the state.

Since the screen will be mounted on my door facing away from me, I need to see the current state so I added a NeoPixel stick that will glow with green, yellow, red.

I also plan to add other options to this such as Out-of-Office.

The NodeMCU is in an Altoids tin and will sit near my desk so I can press a button to change the state as-needed.
