Regarding the lack of plans on the roadmap - does that mean this feature isn't planned, or is just a lower priority for the future? #1276

Brief Introduction

If the product indeed has considerations in online reading, but due to the energy issue, it cannot be placed in P0, I am willing to submit a PR.

Details

I really enjoy the project, the UI and the website are very well-crafted! Recently, while using other apps, I found that some functions cannot meet my own needs, so I plan to create my own wheel. Coincidentally, while surfing Reddit, I came across the Koodo project, but it is a pity that it does not support online article reading. I don't know if you have plans in this area. In the Roadmap, I didn't find this requirement, but there is a similar "grabbing news".
The expected product form is roughly as follows:

The user clicks "Import" on the workbench and pastes the article URL
Koodo parses the article and renders it on the page just like an eBook

If the product indeed has considerations in this area, but due to the energy issue, it cannot be placed in P0, I am willing to submit a PR.

Thank you for your suggestion. While we do intend to include online reading support in the future, it is not currently a top priority. There is significant room for improving the local reading experience, which is our primary focus at this time. For now, we only accept PR related to translation. Thanks for your interest.
