log4c

This is a fork of the version that is located at: http://log4c.sourceforge.net/ This is to honor the license for that version, as I have made changes to support a project that I am developing. There seems to be no way to submit changes back to the Source Forge site and that project appears to be inactive. Others may find my changes useful.
