このソフトウェアは、発車メロディーを再生するソフトウェアです。
従来のインターネット上で配布されているソフトウェアとは異なり、立川式といった特殊な発車メロディーの再生方法を実装しています。また、既存の発車メロディー再生ソフト（どこでも発車ベル）の設定ファイルをそのまま読み込んで使用できます。
随時機能を追加し、β版を随時配信します。
